Welcome back. I’m Brian Kurz with Renegade Research and we’ve been doing a series where we check in on our 2019 research results from here at the farm. Specifically today, we are going to be looking at one of BigYield’s products called Yield Booster. It’s actually one of my favorite products to use, I use it on my personal farm as well.
Yield Booster is a 12-9-6 fertilizer that has a micronutrient pack. It is a foliar that gets applied over the top for both corn and soybeans. Specifically today, we’re going to look at the soybean ROI data.
This year we saw a 4.1 bu. / acre increase. With a product cost of $4.96 per acre and a soybean price of a little over $10 per bushel, the ROI comes out to 737%. If you had purchased during one of BigYield’s 10% discount programs it would have pushed your ROI to 830%.
A really good return-on-investment. It’s a really good, easy product to use. It mixes well with other products. I don’t think there is anything I’ve tested it with personally that has given me any issues. Nor have I heard of any.
