Don’t Miss the 2019 MOA Conference

Don’t forget about the Mid-America Organic Association Conference this year. The AgMaxx team will be putting on a workshop on how to transition your farm into organic production, and there will be a lot of good information for growers who are interested in organic and non-GMO.

The conference in January 24th – January 26th at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Independence, Missouri. If you would like to attend, you can register on the MOA website at https://moaorganic.org/.

This is David Yoder. I work with BigYield. We’re here in our Garden City location filming today. I just wanted to let you guys know that there is the MOA convention / farm show going on January 24th through 26th. That’s a Thursday through a Saturday.

It’s an organic show. There will be a lot of different things going on. There will be some really good vendors there. There will be some good buyers there.

We are actually putting on a workshop up there this year talking about the roadmap to organic production. We will be talking corn and soybeans, wheat, cover crops, and all of that good stuff.

The big buzz this year seems to be hemp. I think there will be a lot of information on growing hemp and what that means for Missouri. It’s fairly new – at least for my generation – to Missouri.

So like I said, that will be going on January 24th through the 26th – a Thursday through Saturday. It’s at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Independence, Missouri. You can get online at moaorganic.org to get signed up and registered. If you need help with that give us a call. We’ll be happy to help get you signed up and get you there. Come take advantage of the fun stuff going on.
